Was delayed because I was waiting around if something else was going to be released now, but it turns out it wasn’t. Ah well. Both pretty short chapters considering the average. Don’t blame me for that! Also the last two Don’t Cry, Girl chapters got put back into the reader because of the recent J-Manga news.

Akatsuki no Memoria Ch.08

It’s time for things to start ramping up in Memoria. It’s also where the volume starts to show that it wasn’t exactly printed correctly, but that can’t be helped. Despite all that, I managed to hit 60 in Tera a few days ago, but still had time to finish other manga things. What is this sorcery.

This was supposed to come out yesterday, but I pushed it today. It’s also mostly an announcement post.
The Good
1. Memoria is 5/6th complete! A chapter will come out every Friday until I run out of chapters.
2. After much nagging from Scorpian, I spent way too much time trying to revamp the silly staff page.
3. There’s a lot of stuff in the scheming/woodwork stages right now. Hopefully they’ll happen.
4. Spring Break for all old kids is coming soon. Time for them to get no work done.
The Bad
1. We are in need of staff! Currently looking for one or two Typesetters and a Editor. (Please respond)
1a. This is related to #3 above. We might be able to do some afterschool plays if we can muster it.
2. I started playing Tera again. Productivity has gone down 50%. My Gold count has gone up 5000%.
3. Cosmos will be slightly delayed further due our redrawing aid disappearing, apparently.
3a. Will continue on working once Memoria is done. Will have to white-bar all two-page spreads though. Sorry!
The Ugly
So uh… Where to begin here… In relation to being understaffed/have little free time, Sorairo Square wasn’t getting worked on. Thus we have been lapped and someone else has picked it up now. Chances are if you do read it, you probably already know. So yeah, publicly I have to say we now have officially dropped it. Because Ningen is bitter, you’ll have to find out by who on Mangaupdates. I’d say sorry, but I warned him!!

Ironically after having asked about weekly or tanks last week, this came out. Though I totally blanked and forgot it even did. Thankfully dusthillguy is always ontop of things, and by the time I noticed it was even out, everything was already redraw. This was a nice chapter, so as a treat you can have the Tomoko off the first page.
Also, it says Watatomo is actually called Tomomote–they probably did that on purpose–so when the next chapter of that comes around I’ll change the tag to that. Thankfully there’s not that many chapters out so it won’t be too bad.

For some reason, I haven’t been feelin’ it this week. Doesn’t help I went and read 200 chapters of Prince of Tennis last night. Anyway this chapter was lettered live, and stuff. To see that go here.
Also, if you had a choice to decide how a manga is released, would you want a new chapter every week, or a volume/tank worth of chapters released all at once?

Alien 4.1 — DDL: [Mediafire] | Online: [Reader]
Truth be told, I had this one half done for a while. I’ve just been focusing my lettering on another project (coming soon). But since the script on that one was driving me nuts, I took a break to throw some letters on this one and push the release. Part 2 is in a similar position, so that will follow sooner rather than later.
Anyway, this is probably the wackiest part in the entire series. It’s actually the one that convinced me to buy this book in the first place. Definitely a worthwhile decision if I do say so myself. This part also marks the first part of the second half of the book. Only eight parts left after this!
